The Questions They Won’t Ask Hillary!

Hillary Looking Her Best

All formidable Presidential candidates are usually scrutinized and subjected to tough questions regarding their past. All candidates that is, except for one- Senator Hillary Clinton. As the current front running candidate for the Democratic party, Mrs. Clinton has several skeletons banging around in her closet. But for some reason the liberal media refuses to open the closet door and take a peak. Actually, they don’t have to open the door very far because her controversial past is well known but never heavily publicized. Why do they give her a free pass, while they continue to pummel all of the other candidates.

It’s obvious the media will not ask about her controversies that include, Whitewater, Vince Foster, travelgate, and an $8 Million book advance she received while she was elected Senator. Let’s also give her a free pass on these huge controversies and take a close look at some other important questions that I think the media should focus on.

The first controversial issue Hillary should be asked about is Juanita Broderick. Ms. Broderick is the woman who’s interview was aired on Dateline NBC in 1999 where she claimed that President Bill Clinton had forcibly raped her in 1978. Subsequent to that televised interview, millions of Americans were polled and an overwhelming percent of them stated that they believed Broderick’s allegations were true. In the absence of anything to the contrary, Broderick’s interview lends credence to the other alleged sexual abuses of Paula Jones and Kathleen Wiley by the former President. No one is more aware of President Clinton’s past sexual abuses and philandering, than his wife, Hillary. So why doesn’t the media press her about this? Why don’t they ask her why she condoned her husband’s sexual abuse of women. Where is Hillary the feminist who claims she wants to protect women’s rights? Why don’t they question her character and self esteem?

The next question the media should ask Senator Clinton is about her husband’s pardon of the Puerto Rican terrorist group Armed Forces of National Liberation, (FALN). FALN was responsible for more than 120 bomb attacks on U.S. targets between 1974 and 1983. Most of these bomb attacks were in New York and Chicago, and hundreds of innocent Americans were killed or injured. Clinton granted clemency to 16 FALN members who were convicted of dozens of felonies against the United States and were serving very long sentences in prison. The timing of these pardons just happened to coincide with Mrs. Clinton’s Senatorial campaign in New York. Think about the hundreds of thousands of votes this pardon would garner for Hillary in the largely populated Latino community in New York City.

So President Clinton freed 16 dangerous radical terrorist in order to pick up that critical Latino vote for Hillary in New York. Former Clinton adviser Dick Morris suggested that, “Anyone who doesn’t believe the timing, and likely the substance, of Clinton’s decision was linked to Hillary’s courtship of New York’s large Puerto Rican vote is too naive for politics” The irony of this all is, Hillary claims she is tough on terrorism, and she will continue to be tough on terrorism if elected President. Why won’t the media ask her about this obvious contradiction of truth? This goes way beyond pandering for votes, don’t you think?

The final issue I would like to address with Senator Clinton is why she continues to flip flop about her support of the Iraqi war and the war on terror especially when she supported the war and now she wants to withdraw funding to the troops. This is all very controversial considering her husband Bill Clinton’s decision to bomb Iraq on the eve of his impeachment vote on December 16, 1998. This is something that all of the media has conveniently acquired a case of selective amnesia about.

At the time of this bombing Clinton said that Saddam and Iraq presented a clear and present danger to the stability of the Persian Gulf and the safety of people everywhere. Clinton went on to explain that Iraq would retain and begin to rebuild its chemical, biological and nuclear weapons programs in months, not years. He also went on to say that if Saddam had free rein to rebuild his arsenal of destruction, that someday he would l use it again as he has in the past. He concluded by saying that if we turned our backs on Saddam’s defiance, the credibility of U.S. power would be destroyed and this would pose a serious threat to the U.S. and other countries in the middle east. These reason’s all sound vaguely familiar to what the Bush administration gave for the rationale to invade Iraq. Why has Hillary chosen to abandon her husbands policies and principals? Why has Hillary abandoned her own principals on the war? The answer is simple- she is pandering to the far left base for votes!

So why does the media refuse to ask the most controversial candidate, by far, the obvious questions. Are they scared that they will offend their next liberal savior? Are they afraid they will lose their liberal support base? Are they afraid to see Hillary break out in her narcissistic rage? Or are they afraid of the wrath of the Clinton attack and destroy machine? I’m afraid the answer, may be “D” all of the above.

Where Have You Gone Joe DiMaggio?

July 27th, 2007

joltin-joe2.jpg

Say it isn’t so Joe! In 2006 the average salary in the major leagues was $2.6 Million, and the minimum salary of a ballplayer was $380,000. The entire payroll for the New York Yankees was nearly $195 Million, of which over $27 Million was paid to Alex Rodriguez.

The great ballplayers of the past certainly did not earn anywhere near that kind of compensation. Back then, players played for the love of the game and to provide for their families. Do you think players today love the game as much as the superstars of the past? Sure they do, and for several million reasons more! Think about what Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, or Ted Williams would make if they played in the major leagues today.

Before his death, Joe DiMaggio was once asked that specific question by a reporter. Joe D. looked up at the reporter and responded with a huge grin, ” I would probably walk into the clubhouse and knock on George Steinbrenner’s door, when he opened it I would say, hello partner!” I’ll bet Joltin Joe would have been correct. Rumors are, that is what Alex Rodriguez is looking for in his next contract.

With the recent alleged wide use of steroids among some of today’s superstars I wonder how good the superstars of the past would have been if they took steroids and worked out as much as the players of today. Hank Aaron and Willie Mays probably would have hit way over 1000 home runs. Mickey Mantle and Joe D. might have been able to extend their injury plagued careers into their 40s and still hit 40 or 50 home runs a year.

Is it fair to Hank Aaron and Willie Mays to have their records surpassed by players who may have cheated and used steroids? Should Barry Bonds have the same asterisk bestowed on his home run record that Ford Frick wrongfully imposed on poor Roger Maris? Or should his records be treated as the great Frank Robinson suggests? Robinson thinks that if the current investigations prove that Bonds and the other alleged stars were found to have used steroids to enhance their performance, then all of their statistics and records should be wiped out as if they never existed. Not only do I agree with Frank, but I think that the majority of baseball fans and writers do as well.

As a society, we do not like cheaters or perceived cheaters. This is evidenced by the sports writers blatant omission of Mark McGuire from the Hall of Fame. It was further evidenced by Ryne Sandberg in his 2005 induction speech into the Hall of Fame. Sandberg criticized the actions of many of today’s players who lack respect for the game, and suggested that when he played he did things the natural way. (meaning without steroids) Sandberg also went on to say, “The reason I’m here today, I’m told, is that I played the game a certain way, that I played it the way it was supposed to be played. I don’t know about that, but I do know this: I had too much respect for the game to play it any other way.”

Is Ryno right? Have the current superstars disrespected this game that we endear as America’s greatest past time?

Stand Up for Jesus!

July 20th, 2007

America is a country that was founded on the Christian principals of our founding fathers. Our constitution of laws is based on these principals and they are our way of life. It is estimated that around 80% of the
U.S. population claim to be of the Christian faith.

If this is the case, why has it become so unpopular and unfashionable to be Christian? The secular progressives and the liberal media have gone way out of their way to attack and try to stifle anyone who is a devout Christian in our society.

A perfect example of this is how the liberal media has continued to attack devout Christians and evangelists such as Billy Graham and the late Jerry Falwell. On the eve of his recent death, the media chose to continue attacking Reverend Falwell instead of admiring and remembering him for being a crusader for Christ and for preaching the word of God to millions of people across the world. Instead they suggested that he was “controversial” and sometimes polarizing.

As the brilliant author Ann Coulter so eloquently wrote. “For putting Christ above everything — even the opportunity to make a humiliating joke about
Clinton — Falwell is known as “controversial.” Nothing is ever as “controversial” as yammering about Scripture as if, you know, it’s the word of God or something.” Coulter also went on to say, “From the news coverage of Falwell’s death, I began to suspect his first name was “Whether You Agree With Him or Not.” Ann went on to profess that she agreed with everything the Rev. Falwell ever said. I have to agree with Ann, I agreed with the Rev. Falwell’s teachings as well.

Reverend Falwell taught us that as a Christian we are saved and granted eternal life in heaven because of our faith in testament to the birth, live, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He also reminded us, that as sinners our sins were washed away by the blood of Christ through his death on the cross. These are the basic and fundamental tenets of the Christian faith. Why is this so “controversial” if 80% of our population accept these beliefs. Falwell also frequently spoke out and condemned homosexuality, abortion, and other immorality that has plagued our society as you would expect from a devout man of the cloth.

Reverend Falwell put Christ before anything in his life, and he often befriended people who were not of the Christian faith, and even atheists. He always told them that he loved them and that he would pray for them. Falwell had very strong moral convictions and he remained steadfast to those beliefs for all of his life. These strong moral convictions are what the liberal media wants to portray as “controversial”, especially in a world where everybody has to be politically correct.

Is it right to renounce your Christian faith so you can be politically correct and not offend people you don’t know,  or the ACLU?  Is it worth jeopardizing your eternal life in heaven granted through the grace of God, so you can be politically correct? If you are truly a devout Christian you don’t even have to think about the answer. Stop caving in to the pc police and save your soul! Stop supporting and voting for liberals who threaten your Christianity! Stand Up for Jesus!

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Liberal for the Wrong Reasons?

July 12th, 2007

For years I have been puzzled by the liberal political leanings of the Jewish community. What is especially puzzling is why do so many Jews seem to ignore the past anti-Semitic actions of Democrats like Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, and most recently Jimmy Carter. Is it because Jews really believe that the Democrats care about the well being of the poor and less fortunate, and they feel a connection to the poor?

As I dissect this further, it becomes painfully obvious that traditional Jewish values are certainly not liberal by any means. However, many Jews have been conditioned, or brainwashed to believe that liberal policies stand for a justice in society, which seems to be a preoccupation of all Jews after the Holocaust.

Furthermore, most Jews have a huge aversion toward anything that is “conservative.” Because of the Holocaust, they think that the conservative right poses the biggest threat to them. They perceived the Nazis as being conservative or “right-wing”. It is a fact that conservatives have been the supporter of Jews, and the Democrats have been a safe haven for Muslim extremists. It is bewildering to me how this has gone unrecognized for years.

It has also been suggested that most liberal Jews do not actively practice their religion, and in fact they may even fear organized religion. They perceive most religion, and especially Christianity as being anti-Semitic. Jews are born fearing the Holocaust, and European Christians are certainly feared as being anti-Semites. That’s why the secularist views of the left are embraced as a sort of security blanket. Remember, most Jews equate being Jewish as a race or ethnicity, not as a religion.

Jews continue to pledge their allegiance to the Democratic party, even though this party insists on defending the Muslim extremist who want to wipe the Jewish race off of the face of the earth. The Democrats have shown very little care for the Jews or the state of Israel historically. The Republicans, on the other hand have fought hard to ensure the survival of
Israel, without receiving any recognition or appreciation for their courage?

So, I guess most Jews insist on being liberal because they actually believe in the liberal causes that claim to stand for equal rights, social justice, and lack of organized religion. It is very peculiar because as I stated earlier that most of the well known anti-Semites have been liberal Democrats. This apparently does not seem bother many Jews as they continue to avoid it. These same liberals continue to side with and defend Palestine and the Muslim extremist, who want to destroy Israel and Jews around the world. Does it make sense to be a liberal if you are a Jew? It does not seem practical to me and to the future of the Jewish race. What do you think?

Welcome to the Real Inconvenient Truth!

July 5th, 2007

Welcome to the initial posting of “The Real Inconvenient Truth”. My purpose for this site is to provide a forum for traditional God fearing Americans to share their core values and beliefs and to combat against the secular progressive liberals who threaten these values and beliefs.

My purpose is to present the facts, and to expose the un-spun truth, in hope that you will think for yourself instead of letting the media influence your opinions. The media is controlled by the (sp) liberals, and they are working very diligently to attack your religion, your core values and beliefs, and your traditional way of life. My mission is to expose these attacks and to open your eyes as to how dangerous this is to your safety and for your future.

As a great God fearing American Charlton Heston once said. ” You already let them think for you, which has evolved into letting them tell you what you can say! Hence we now have the pandering notion of political correctness! Next you are going to let them tell you what you can do and not do!” Actually Charlton, I think we have already progressed or “regressed” into this.

Let us take back control of our minds and of our voices and stand up for what we believe is right and wrong. The (sp) liberals want us to believe that we live in a world where things are gray without any clear cut or defined rules or consequences. I’m telling you that this parallel universe that they campaign is indeed fictitious and not applicable to most of us. As a white male, I am reminded daily that the world I live in is quite black and white and very well defined to me. To think otherwise would be quite naive and very dangerous.

I look forward to sharing a dialogue with you all in the future. As, I conclude this post, I am inspired and reminded of the words of Robert Frost in his closing words of “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”:

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

May God Bless You and May God BlessAmerica!
